These Terms of Use apply to the website at mindcomputehub.digital and to consulting services offered by Pacific Market Entry Partners (“we”, “us”) from Auckland, New Zealand. By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, please stop using the site and do not submit an enquiry. Separate written scopes govern individual engagements and prevail over website summaries if they conflict.

Services described online

Pages describing consultations, fees, and timelines are informational. They are not a binding offer until both parties accept a written scope. We may update descriptions without notice.

Intellectual property

Website copy, visual design, and downloadable materials we create remain our property unless a scope assigns specific deliverables to you. You receive a licence to use engagement deliverables for your internal business purposes. You may not resell our templates or pathway documents as a competing advisory product.

Client materials

You warrant that materials you supply (specifications, artwork, data) may be used by us for the engagement and do not infringe third-party rights. You remain responsible for the accuracy of product claims and certifications.

Advisory nature

Our work is professional advice based on publicly available information, your inputs, and our judgement. We are not your customs broker, lawyer, or insurer. Decisions to ship, price, or appoint distributors remain yours.

Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or failed market entry. Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other non-excludable law if those statutes apply.

Website use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or submit malicious content through forms. We may suspend access where misuse is suspected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
